Conjoint analysis is a form of questionnaire survey which allows to determine customer preferences and the optimal profile of products or services. By analyzing the data obtained from questionnaires the following questions can be answered:
Conjoint analysis provides a lot of information about the market, which can, for instance, be used to design promotional strategies. It is also possible to compare two different products (even ones which are not yet on the market) with respect to their attractiveness to the customers and to predict profit from their sales.
