Conjoint Analysis

Conjoint analysis is a form of questionnaire survey which allows to determine customer preferences and the optimal profile of products or services.

By analyzing the data obtained from questionnaires the following questions can be answered:

  • Which combination of attributes is in demand?
  • How the actions of competitors can influence the company's profits?
  • Is the quality of customer service more important than the price and appearance of the product?

Conjoint analysis provides a lot of information about the market, which can, for instance, be used to design promotional strategies. It is also possible to compare two different products (even ones which are not yet on the market) with respect to their attractiveness to the customers and to predict profit from their sales.

We have developed proprietary software for the purposes of Conjoint analysis, providing analytical support in the following areas:

  • consultancy in designing survey questionnaires,
  • statistical analysis of data gathered from questionnaires,
  • defining the services and product with the optimal set of attributes,
  • forecasting the market share of different product variants.
