StatConsulting was a sponsor and participant of VII Insurance Forum, which was held between 21st and 23rd of September in Warszawianka hotel in Jachranka.

The Insurance Forum is annually attracting attention from many people, who want to be up-to-date with the latest and most important events of insurance sector. This year conference edition was dedicated to Solvency II, directions of insurance sector development in Poland, new trends and changes concerning various types of insurance and sale trends.

During the conference StatConsulting gave a presentation titled “Everything you always wanted to know about your clients, but were afraid to ask...”. The purpose of our presentation was to disprove the stereotypes of high costs, the lack of relation to reality and difficulties of application of analytical projects results by various business lines of insurance companies.

The objects of statistical analysis may include not only insurance companies' clients. Interesting and valuable conclusions can be drawn analyzing collected data concerning agents, perpetrators of insurance events and other registered objects. The analysis of database storing such information, the use of adequate methods and algorithms and proper interpretation of obtained results may be very beneficial.
