StatConsulting was a Partner of the Summer Insurance & Reinsurance Days 2010, which was held between 14th and 16th of June.
That was a 5th edition of the annual conference dedicated to the current issues and challenges that CEE insurance and reinsurance market is facing. The main topic of the event was Quality of Life - Challenges for the New Decade for CEE Insurance Industry. During the second day of the conference, Małgorzata Wrzosek, Analytical Projects Manager, StatConsulting, gave a presentation entitled Offer individualization or service automation. She spoke about ways how to tailor the offer to the specific customer (individual or corporate customer) and she presented solutions which enable acceleration and significant automation of this process. Well targeted offer is possible thanks to the use of analytical tools for acquiring knowledge about customers and predicting their future behavior. However, in order to make the most of the acquired knowledge it is required to have the whole analytical environment enabling implementation, modification and management of the cooperation with customers strategies. |
