StatConsulting has successfully delivered a project for Alior Bank S.A. covering scoring system implementation and analytical scoring models construction.

The implementation of a system automating the process of credit applications evaluation. The system requirements included high efficiency of data processing and flexibility of its configuration.

The system is expected to support the work of about 1000 employees of Alior Bank S.A. in Poland.

The solution delivered by StatConsulting included:

• Applicational StatC Engine system,
• analytical scoring models for evaluation of credit applications.

The integration and communication with other IT systems of Alior Bank S.A. is based on WebService platform.

The StatConsulting's solution provides:

• wide range of possible parametrization,
• high efficiency of data processing,
• the possibility of management of various elements of a given credit strategy.
  The user can, for instance, verify the scoring algorithms, cut-off points and their influence on quality of granted credits portfolio.

With Applicational StatC Engine it is also possible to define, for example:

• sets and structures of processed credit applications,
• data validation and data consistency verification mechanisms,
• expert rules and scoring models assigned to a given credit application.

Thanks to the system's architecture it is possible to obtain data processing efficiency in order of magnitude of 100 credit applications per second. Furthermore, the amount of applications being processed doesn't influence the system's performance.

The use of WebService platform allows flexible integration of Applicational StatC Engine with other IT systems of the Bank.

The scoring system may be also used by Alior Bank in different application areas, such us debt collection.
